AfterCare

The Aftercare Program strives to construct an enjoyable atmosphere with varying activities, including vigorous play, art activities, homework time and indoor games. The children are served a snack.

1. If your child is scheduled for the Aftercare Program, the classroom teacher will send them to the after school meeting place.

2. EVERY child is expected to abide by the rules of the program, respect staff members, other students and all property.

3. The Aftercare staff should have access to all pertinent health information, should a special need arise. No medication will be dispensed. In an emergency situation, parents will be contacted by telephone.

4. There must be a written notification informing the homeroom teacher/school of any changes in routine. For legal issues, we cannot rely on a student to carry the message.

5. All individuals authorized for student pick-up must be indicated on the registration form. If someone other than the parent or regular caretaker will be picking up your child, we must have the name of that person on the designated form. No child will be released to an unauthorized person, as we have only your child’s safety in mind. 

6. If a child is not picked up by 5:30PM, an additional $15.00 fee will be charged for each child. 

7. Payment is expected weekly. No child will be allowed to attend if payment is not received for the previous week. Checks should be made to: St. Rose Grammar School (please note aftercare payment on check).

8. The fee is as follows: $18 a day, $20 on an early dismissal day.
